If it was used on your truck, doesnt the new owner have to pay for it to be used on another vehicle since they are "married" to the truck initially used on

Nope the tuner is now unmarried and is capable of 4 more married statuses before it has to be sent in and paid for.

I have been looking at getting one but I want it for better fuel economy. New ones run for what you are asking for yours though.
