So far so good. Any idea when all the old attached pictures will show back up in the threads, or are they gone for good?

They should still be there!

Do you have a link by chance to where they have "disappeared"?

Search is down right now. I'll keep looking. Give me a minute.

Also, if you go to manage attachments in the User CP, you just get a blank page. We've also had members attach pics that they had attached before, which usually gave you the message, this photo has already been attached in ... thread.

Here you go. https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/6...l-removal.html

Ok - thanks. Will work on it.

As for search, that is a separate concern - but we are working on it!

Here's another question. What's the difference between the user gallery and an album? I see I can still edit or add to my user gallery pictures, but now I can also create an album.

They're both just a place to upload photo's, right? Any reason or advantage to using one over the other?

No real advantages at the moment to one or another.

We will be adding some cool stuff for the "album's" soon though

From what I see so far - "USER GALLERIES" are not affected, though gallery images always have that obligatory "GO VISIT FTE" tag added to the top left of them.

Some hassles I'm having with the new album thingy is the numbers of images (last I looked it said 58 left, rather than 98) and the image sizes.

I'm tinkering with the Social Groups to explore the functionality of them, and the added images (for groups) has odd quirks also. the one image I placed so far is back-linked to the top menu of the Social Groups menu from what I can see. The image is thumb sized, so I would have expected it to link back to a larger image...

It also appears that "ALBUM COVERS" remain thumb sized no matter what.

Just thought that was sort of odd. I'll know more as it goes along.

~Oh yes, one other note. I updated a signature image 'round an hour ago, but it hasn't shown up in the post here.

I am going through "nuancing" the user album permissions currently.

Club members now get 1000 photos in all.

However the limit (and its not adjustable) is 60 photos PER album.
We will be doing some VERY cool things with albums - more info to come

the search function to be "forum specific" does not work. if you select "I-6" only, it gives you results for every forum. and quotes do not make any difference.

Just noticed, there are two sections in the user cp for notification of buddy posts- one not checked, the other was "yes" by default. That explains my notifier's little freak-out session.............
