Timing Chain Question

I have a 2004 F-150 Fx4 with the 5.4. Is there a recomended interval/ mileage to change the timing chain? I have been contemplating changing it when I do the cam phasers. Kinda kill two birds with one stone kinda thing. Also would there be anything else that would be wise to replace while I'm in there? Thanks

The chains will stretch a little, but the guides are plastic and would probably be better replaced. alng with the tensioner.
be sure to use the cam holding tools
