Guys, I want to get something straight here. I don't recall coming out and personally stating that Joe Blow 100% had a chip/module in his truck, even though the signs all point as if he did. I mean come on, with the other upgrades it just is not uncommon! Bottom line is with the amount of warranty claims that are being rejected by Ford to the dealer the techs and advisors are trying to cover their butts.

Due to me giving him the benefit of the doubt I was willing to step over our service department's ruling and get our customer relations manager and an FSE involved to put this to rest and get his truck fixed if indeed it was not modified with a power enhancement device.

End of story.....................

 

You both need to take it private, I think enough has been discussed.
