It's all good. Everyone on that site is all over Bobby's crotch. I replied to his untruths. Obviously he combs the site often probably waiting for me to reply. I'm done with it anyway. The funny thing is Bobby is a SALESMAN. Director or not, he is a car salesman.

Bobby, I for one, commend you. You have been very professional about this whole thing and it speaks volumes about your character and your dealership. By the way, I retract my earlier statement before hearing the "rest of the story" and if I ever get out to So Cal, I'll be at your dealership even if it's just to say hello. Best of luck to you and I would just forget this whole mess and move on to the customers that appreciate yours and your dealership's services.
Oh, and as a sidenote, thanks for all of the information you make available to all of us such as the order guides, etc. from your website.
