H-Pipe?

H-Pipe?
I have heard a few thoughts on H pipes. So what I am understanding is adding an H pipe will give me a more continous exhaust sound and not such a solid chugging sound right? So intern my question is: I have a mildly build 390 with 600cfm Double Pumper 4 barrel carb, Hedman headers, going into dual 3inch pipe that connects 1 3 chamber turbo on each side (2 turbos total) with two 4x24 inch long echo cans on at 70 degree angle in fron of the tires. At recomended 550 rpm idle the exhaust has sort of a chugging sound. Will an H pipe mellow it out? And if so where would I put it?
