You could smear it with JB weld or maybe some fiberglass..
My son had a leak in an oil pan and used jb weld to repair it.. It took a few coats of the stuff and you need to clean it well for it to stick..
It held but not sure how long.. he sold the POS truck after a while..

There is no real good way to repair a leaky oil pan while it's on the truck, the best thing to do is to drain the oil complely out of the pan, even let it drain over night clean the whole area with brake clean than sand/grind the area that was leaking, clean it again than put the jb weld to it, let the JB sit over night before you fill it back up with oil. that could last 3 weeks or 3 years depends on how clean (oil free) you get the area around the whole.

wire brush it thoroughly then coat with POR putty, for even better results you can use the putty with fibreglass cloth. it stands for "paint over rust" and its worked great for me as long as there isn't an loose rust flakes
