Thanks DieselBeast, lot of help. Now i just called places looking for 4" pipe and they want like $65 for 10'. I obviously don't need that much. Am i better going to a muffle shop and seeing what they have, or getting the muffle delete pipe off of dieselmanor.com?
You will just have to shop around on that one. Like I said earlier, I had my stock exhaust straight piped at my local muffler shop for 25 bucks, About a year later I bought my current 5" aftermarket exhaust that already had the muffler delete pipe.
Around here the local muffler shops can't bend 4" pipe. And the stock exhaust is 3 1/2" anyway. You may have a problem finding 3 1/2" pipe. I think if you have to use 3" pipe, it will still flow more then with the muffler on.
You might go to a big truck shop and see what they have.

The biggest difference I saw with my truck is when I took the stock muffler off, really didn't notice much with the 4"
A lot of big truck part stores sell exhaust pipe by the foot and will cut what you need

Yeah that's what a lot of the places told me to. They said since i already have a 4 inch exhaust, the only thing that really matters if my muffler has a center inlet and outlet which it does so they said i'll be alright.

OK, you do have 4" exhaust. Then all you need is a piece of straight pipe with the flared ends. Unless you get it wielded on.
I did mine shortly after getting this truck earlier last summer. It cost me $90 at a local shop here in Abq. I could have done it myself, but these guys weld for a living, I'm just able to join metel. Great job, and I love it, can't go by a wall or underpass without lowering that right rear window. Old lady just rolls her eyes.
NOTE: While your getting this done, ask for a 8 inch section of 4 inch pipe, that way you can do your 6637 filter and the ccv mod.
For what it's worth, NAPA sells a straight through muffler in 3.5" and 4" that fits in really well. Most of the benefit of a straight pipe without any drone while towing. The NAPA p/n for the 3.5" was 21470, similar to the Walker BTM muffler. This was my cheap fix for less back pressure and still being able to pass inspection (CT law requires a muffler).
