rebuild checklist?????
hey guys i have an 82 f-100 2wd 302 auto is there anywhere i could print off or look at a check list or time-lined process to restore a truck that would make it easier so i would know where to start and wouldnt have to disassemble and reassemble parts over and over when i dont have to and i just want to make sure i get it all and dont skip something from jumping around

I don't know of a print-off, but this summer, if I convert my truck to 4x4, I'm going to:
-Take it all down to the frame, blast frame, and paint it.
-All new bushings, and replace any bad brake/fuel lines, tanks while it easy access.
-Repair all rust on body, again, while access is easy and sound-proof/undercoat it.
For you:
-motor, I don't know
-interior, new carpet/vinyl, re-paint panels, headliner, paint gauge faces, etc...
Now it all depends on how much you want to spend on it and how long you want the truck de-commissioned, cause I could go forever!

thanks man i have a list that is two pages front and back just wanting to make sure i dont miss anything i bought the truck after it had been sitting about 5 years but i put a new battery in it and it fired right up and luckily it came with some really sweet seats that look to have came out of a custom van but the body and interior are not anything to write home about
