I feel for you. You can be a perfect parent and have a perfect little girl (neither of which happened at my house) and you'll still be worried sick about what your teenage daughter will do when she's out with her friends. When she goes to get her learners permit, you'll suddenly become aware that NO ONE on this planet knows how to drive, and you'll worry about your little girl sharing the roads with these idiots.
From personal experience I'd say 98% of teenage girls fall into the above category of people that don't know how to drive.
No I'm not being sexist. I've witnessed several collisions of teenage girl drivers and parked cars. Especially in that tricky gear known as Reverse that most women have trouble with anyways. (mom's backed her minivan into two boulders and my lawnmower)
Note: I say 98% because you get women like Lisa and Cris who are the exception to the rule.
//SNIP//
And everybody else that are from all the roads around you remember the Steelers from the 70's and still hate them. So if you're gonna root for that team, keep it quite around any of your neighbors who are native Texans.
That's okay -- when we lived near Pittsburgh in the 70s, my parents wore Cowboy T-shirts to a Superbowl party...
That's some DAMN fancy foot work by Roethlisberger.

I must say I second this. I almost had a girl at my school back into my truck and if I hadn't laid on the horn it would have been much worse lol.

Case in point: Female teacher at my school backed into parked car Friday. Her excuse: The snowbank makes for less space between cars. My response "You got it into the space didn't you?" She gave me the dirtiest look ever.
There's a reason the saying "Women drivers, no survivors" exists. And it's not because it rhymes.
LOLOLOL..... I'm just egging you on to see if you'll dig yourself in a nice hole.
My wife likes to hit garage doors, or not park far enough in so the door hits her truck. She's hit every garage door we've owned.
I kinda noticed.
Anyways. Anybody know where I could find the kind of garage door opener where you pull the chain in order to raise and lower it? We had them on all the doors at the orchard and I'm trying to get dad to put them on the shop doors. Those doors are BIG and they're HEAVY. Plus dad's shoulders are going bad and I think that'd help take a lot of stress off them.

Needless to say, it's got me feeling pretty down today.
Scott Please don't let this get you down. I have been there with both of my stepsons. I was the one that raised them, I was the the one that provided for them. I was also the one that each one of them looked me in the eye and out of anger said "Your not my Father" With this being said my oldest and his wife came down to help me with a few things today and took me out to dinner last night. Keep the faith Bro!
