I don't know that anyone's done it yet.....rough part is that you'd have to use a D60....as a 44 isn't going to be strong enough for 300 hp...and also it's probably too narrow....and only 5 bolt lug pattern......and standard vs. metric hardware.......and the wrong size driveshafts....which would require a custom shaft......It would be entertaining to see....i've been watching for a crashed one for years now as i'd love to make it a wheeler.....
i saw one on pirate4x4 done by a shop i think in Dothan Alabama. i just wanted to see pics of how it was done. i would rather have my f150 done because i love the body style as opposed to an f250. i would use dana 60's anyway. if i win the lottery, i would have a bad a** f150 with dana's front and rear with a cummins in it!
I'd run dana 60 front and a sterling rear....it really wouldn't be that much work if you didn't care about things like abs......front suspension and getting custom drive shafts would be about all it'd take...
