There seems to be a rash of fuel leaks lately. And most of them seem to be on the soft lines coming from the FPR to the front of the cylinder heads. The hoses that look like hydrolic lines, that connect to the the little 90* fittings on the FPR and cylinder heads.

Well, I went to Ford today and showed them the lines on the truck, instead of guessing. Long story short, I got the lines. Here are the part #'s

Line from FPR to drivers side head......
F4TZ-9D308-A $23.35

Line from FPR to Passenger side head......
F4TZ-9B273-A $50.27

Powerstrokeshop.com has them for alot less. And for the people that have the 3 other soft lines leaking, here are your part #'s.

F4TZ-9324-CA is the two 5/16 lines (one from FPR to hard line on DS head and pump to bowl)
$7.18

F4TZ-9324-DA is the one 3/8 line from the pump to bowl.
$5.38

However I did NOT get the one line for us 95 guys that goes from the FPR to the bottom of the bowl. But I just use 3/8 300psi fuel line with clamps.

i dont understand that rule......if there are people that are always there for you then why cant you rep them? who do you have to spread the love to?

 

There are people on here, and a few are moderators or CL's, which have abused the system with others to have lots of green beans.
It kinda pises me off, but what are you to do.
They basically got a few people together and all reped eachother repeatedly.
Now, you see how hard it is to get 2 or 3 beans, these people have 7+

 

ah, i see, either way, its ghetto, if noone else needs to be repped then why do the one's that need it have to suffer?

FPR = Fuel Pressure Regulator, loacted on the left (drivers) side of the fuel filter housing. It has the Schrader Valve on it (where you check your fuel pressure).

After you got these lines from ford i'm now gonna start going and talking to Rex at Maxwell anytime i gotta go get parts b/c Truck City seems to tell me they can't get me parts like this everytime i need them. thanks cody
