Good morning Ken. How are things out East today? I find myself going to the Lumber store everyday, spending an hour and $50 and coming home to work on something for an hour or two. I enjoy it more than watching tv for three hours after work.

Good Morning Miles and the Wyoming Chapter! I see you've discovered the secret to slipping out of the house if you have to Miles!!LOL! I do a lot of that myself. I'm not one for sitting around much, so I too do a lot of work on the house. Kind of getting burned out working on this family room. Almost done with the cabinets, though, so it's looking pretty good!

Good morning Pat. When I get the upstairs done in a few days I will post up some pictures of the before and after. Should be a pretty good contrast going from pink floral wallpaper and pink trim to new white trim and tan walls.

Hey Miles...I remember my new house days...it seemed every time I turned around I was dropping a hundred dollars here...a hundred dollars there. It is an exciting time however...lots of fun to see your efforts pay off!!!

Yes it is Ken. It took a little while over the weekend but I remembered how to finish drywall. I have done quite a bit but it has been a while.

Pat, lets see those pictures when you are done.

Yeah, I'll get them up. Ken, I've had our house for almost eight years, and I'm still working on it!! Finally down to the last two rooms (family room, and kid's bathroom). Gotta get them done by spring. Wifey stated that as soon as those are done, I'm free to start on the 67!

Although I'm sure she'll still be able to find projects for me to do!

didn't get anything done on the house tonight but I got the garage all cleaned out. Now we can get both cars in there. Borrowed a miter saw, air compressor and brad nailer to finish the upstairs tomorrow night.

Good morning Miles, Pat, Ken, and all others that travel through today. Miles, I was not aware of a B\S ban but only thought what had not frozen had been sent Pats way. Remember Pat my brand is Lazy8-Spear so of such should come your either last night or today notifie me and I will send a truck in the spring. LOL!

I have not idea what the wind speeds are but this place here at the ranch has been well cleaned out and the buildings have been tested for strength.
