Have people been complaining about annoying signatures?! Who has that much time on their hands?!
Unfortunately the world is manipulated by those who have nothing better to do than b*tch about stupid $H*T, rather than exert their effort on something useful.
I just heard that it's still there, but I can't see it on my mobile connection for some reason. I can see my sig which is in the same place oddly enough. Go figure.
Nobody is too big. They may want to consider this before they offend the supporters that make this forum what it is. I reject your comment only because it encourages this behavior. Unsat.
Actually, you're absolutely correct.
My post was based on my experience on what happened over at NLOC, when they suffered some backlash from some internal stuff that happened.
I don't mind rules for sigs, but I'll be honest, a vast majority of FTE members, in my opinion, already use good sense when it comes to their signatures.
Unlike a lot of other forums, sigs here at FTE are useful and needed. They are used for helping to diagnose problems, offer solutions, feed PMS, give us ideas for our own rigs, and for guys like me, to facilitate the use of a persons name, because it's usually listed in their sig.
Rules can be good, and rules can be bad. The new sig rules need to be a lot less restrictive.
BTW Mike, because of the problems NLOC had, I stopped being a paid member over there.
I'm sure that kind of protesting will happen here too.
Kinda makes me wish I had re-upped for a year, instead of three, a few months back
Ok, so I tried to make my sig smaller by setting it up so that some of the stuff is to the right and some on the left using the left and right text codes. Problem is its putting the stuff on the right a line down. Here's how I want it to look (minus the . it wouldnt post right with spaces.)
Maybe they should just ban sigs all together since it seems to be a big deal lately. I don't know how anyone could find sig pics or anything annoying though. Another reason I pay 1 year at a time as well.
