HI I have a 94 F 250 7.5 engine had the waterpump replaced because it was leaking, now it is overheating. This is what it does,,I start out in the morning it is all good. when the truck warms up and I get at the posted speed it starts to overheat. When at a stoplight the truck is overheating and when I take off it cools down somewhat. When it is overheating the idle is higher. When I stop and put it in park, with the truck overheating when I bring the idle up it cools down. As soon as I let off the gas it heats back up. I have already replaced the fan clutch(which I did not need) I am pretty sure I am going to replace the rad, hoses and thermostat and belts. I will flush the engine and blow out the heater core. Help. I do not want to spend to much money. What is the most likely thing I should do next.

Hey there. Just signed up on the forum. I am messaging you because I just had HID lights installed on my 02 7.3l with a DP Tuner and I am also getting stalls and engine shut offs. Cant find them anywhere local. Do you have any more of those beads? I am thinking this will solve my problem like it did yours. Im in Clackamas, OR.

Hey, I was looking into this, how hard was it to install, and how is it working for you? Because of financial reasons, I can't afford the OEM 6.0 Cooler. Apparently my tranny is over heating, and I know the stock cooler is 9 rows, the 6.0 is 26 rows, but NOwhere can I find anything about this Napa one, do you know how many rows it has?

I have been looking at doing this myself, and have a few questions for you if you don't mind.

    Where did you start?
Did you bend anything, or did you just weld a bunch of little parts together?
What did you use to french/recess the lights into the bumper?
Did you just start with the mount to the frame, and tack pieces into place until you got what you wanted, or did you design it first?
How did you cut the steel? (ie Shear, Hand Plasma, CNC Plasma/Laser/WaterJet)
Do you have any pics during the build at all?
