Help I'm Lost

I have a 2002 7.3 power stroke new batts , GPR, GPs, Turbo, and service with 15-40 Delo i'm in south Ga so it does not get that cold here but the truck has a hard start problem and smokes bad when it frist fires up and while it idles when i rev up to 1400-1800 smoke goes away the air intack tubes are fuel of oil that is from the air filter back and the turbo tubes are also full of oil thanks for any help guys HPOP is ok also

I am not sure but sounds like maybe your turbo might of went out.

the turbo was rebuilt a little while back

The oil in the tubes is normal, Ford vented the crank case into the air intake. I dont know what to tell you about your smoke issues though.

It sounds like you have replaced everything that would normally be suspect, but if you haven't done it yet, make sure that the GPR is actually working. I put a new one on and it lasted less than two weeks. Just verify that both of the big studs have power on them when you first turn on the ignition. It sounds like the GP's are hot heating. Is the smoke white, blue or black? Does the truck smoke any other time other than when first started? The smoke is what makes me think that the GP's are not working.

the truck smokes at idle and the GPR is working it is white with a blue tint and smells like fuel and oil

how much oil is normal it is like in puddels in the intake tubes

Did the old turbo fail? Did the mechanic clean up the mess inside the tubes and air to air cooler?

That is normal for trucks that have never had the CCV mod done and never had the tubes out and cleaned.

when i replaced the turbo i cleaned the tubes and cooler really well i done the CCV mod but it smoked out the tube really bad and made a miss where ever i parked the truck no the pedistal was bad so i rebuilt the turbo while i had it off
