when i replaced the turbo i cleaned the tubes and cooler really well i done the CCV mod but it smoked out the tube really bad and made a miss where ever i parked the truck no the pedistal was bad so i rebuilt the turbo while i had it off
Sheesh, not sure where else you are posting but if it is puking out the CCV that bad, you must have a bad case of blowby.
It's beginning to sound like you have a LOT of blowby, caused by rings not sealing well-enough. Bad rings also cause low compression, which is a factor in poor starting characteristics.
Sounds like a bad turbo bearing mixed in with a injector issue.... If the last turbo went bad because of dirt entering the air intake tube it might have made its way past the turbo to your cylinders...
A. What kinda air filter have you been running (before and after the new turbo install)
B. Any "blowby" from the oil fill area on the valve cover and if so how much?
I think you should try starting it with the filter tube off the turbo, might help you to see if the turbo is spiting out oil or if it's the crank vent. It's free, give it a try.
If it is spitting out oil, the only way to see it is to remove the compressor manifold from in front of it and place something over the outlet (to still let air get by) but catch any oil that might go out of it.

Have you run a compression check?

I second these statements. Time for a compression test.
yes compression check show good right around 400 psi give or take a few psi from cylinder to cylinder it came from the factory with only 440 the truck has 120,000 miles on it it had a K&N cold air tube and box on it but it now has a factory style filter and box back on it
