Has anybody installed the powerstroke emblem on the door of your excursion. If so, where did you buy them.

 

You can get them from one of the OEM parts guys here that sponsor the forum, your own local dealer or eBay. I've seen a number Excursions with them on the door.

 

the ebay member that sells them or makes them cheaper tha the OEM is (byflip). thats his ebay I.D.

 

I put them on my Ex a few years ago. I got them on Ebay. I also put the Eddie Bauer emblems also.

 

Its a damn shame they where not stock from the factory, I was eyeing up my husbands badges off his truck but maybe I will buy my own instead.

 

Take his PSD emblems and replace them with some hybrid stickers. Keep a camera handy, cuz the look on his face will be priceless!

 

This is logic I'm just not familar with in our household.

See...I don't have stuff of my own...My wife just lets me use the stuff that SHE is simply not using at the moment...HER logic is that ALL the stuff is HER's and the stuff I have is simply HER spare incase she needs it...

So using that logic...YOU already have badges momma...you just need to put them where you want them!

You can search his store for the style emblem you want...he has many designs to choose from.

I do not remember if it this month or last month. But in Diesel Power mag there is a picture of an Ex on a DYNO machine with the PSD emblem attached right under the Excursion emblem on the front fender. Pretty nice detail. Also I like Cardiac69 reply! That would be pretty funny.

 

Oh don't worry the same logic applies to this house too! It gets complicated in that before his Ford he had an older 6.5 turbo diesel and I use the term turbo lightly. I relentlessly teased him about his GM how its no comparison to the X and so forth, oh I was mean. I'll just leave his power stroke alone and say thanks for the heads up on the emblems.

He would never answer her back even if she was in the wrong; and his clothing was always immaculate, shoes highly polished too - He was the perfect man! He never made a mistake. No one could ever measure up to Frank Feldman.'

Passenger: 'An amazing fellow. How did you meet him?'

Cabbie: 'Well, I never actually met Frank, he died. I married his friggin' widow.'

As to the Diesel emblems, I bought a pair of good used ones off of eBay that were in great shape. I just had to remove the old adhesive and replace it with new trim adhesive. I think I paid about $15 for the pair. They're the correct type for the 7.3 and I mounted them on the door in the same place as the pickups.

I had originally put a pair of the van type "PowerStroke V8 Diesel" on the front fenders but pulled them off and moved them to the back of the Excursion and the E350 van.
