Put the FORD emblem on Dodge that would be alot quicker than changing all of the other stuff. And a lot cheaper.

Damn wheres your brand-name dedication LOL.

Just keep the DP TUNER, and guages under the dash, or even on a retractable (swivel) plate so you can swing it down before "confrontation" and everything else underhood can be covered with some cheap wire bundle plastic sheathing. Coat it all with a bit of oil and dirt, and it'll look stock!

If you keep things the same color that helps hide things to.
As far as hiding the exhaust you could run a 4" down pipe to the factory muffler and put a Y in the pipe with a solinod to open the exhaust up.So you would be sitting next to someone who is listening to your truck in quite mode, then all of sudden they here the turbo screaming and you leaving a cloud of black smoke as you go by by.

Keep your hood shut. Ive mounted my dp controller inside the center console, when I need to change it, pop it open, nobody knows. Ive got no gauges on the pillar, used the autometer dual pod, for around the OEM gauges. Between that and the work body, nobody would know. Ive even smoked my share of 6ohs haha. Its even better when their windows are down, and I come up on them, after seeing them horsing around, and say. "how many miles you got on that thing?" .... wait for the responce... "sured hate to see you get smoked by one with 194k" lol then im gone.

Edit: Doesnt hurt to have a work body on either

I love hiding all of my performance work. I would rather walk the walk than talk it, know what I mean? First off don't put all those stupid stickers on your windows or under your badges. Unless a company is either paying me or giving me free stuff, I don't advertise for them. Also keep in mind, if you try to tell someone that your truck is completely stock, most will know you're full of it and try to pry more. So I always tell them I have the basic mods, intake exhaust and tuner along with the gauges. Now that's out of the way, you can get away with a stealth HPOP, larger injecters a lift pump, boost fooler, be carfull how you choose a turbo (mount in stock position for sure) and tranny work. When you replace things under the hood either go with a flat black or stock color. Stay AWAY from shiny things. That only attracts the eye.

Lastly, don't talk a big game and when you win don't brag about it. Just mention you might of had a wednesday build LOL...(monday, well no one likes mondays, tueday things are getting better, wed. everyone is on point but then thurday everyones getting ready for the weekend and so on)

I hope that helps and good luck out there!
