lumbar support wheel removal?

Hey guys got me some new Wet Okole seat covers for my truck and in order to put them on I need to remove the lumbar support wheel on the seats and I just cant figure out how to get it off. I have tried pulling , "unscrewing" and nothing. Can anyone tell me how to get that thing off?

It pops straight off. On mine it was easier to unscrew it a little to loosen the lumbar, but it just pulls off. No hidden tricks, just use steady pressure on both sides and pull.

Thanks Chris!! Finally got them off, I was just afraid to pull too hard and break them only to find out they were held on by some little hidden screw. Got he new seat covers on and they look and feel great.
