spark plug change

I have 04 Expy EB 5.4 that is reaching 93k mi. I am planning on doing the spark plug change and had read the horror stories on the spark plug sticking. Is this that severe? What would be a reasonable rate to bring to mechanic to do the spark plug change?

I would say find out what the labor rate is at your local dealership and then figure on at least $20 to $30 less if you go elsewhere. Check with friends and relatives on shops they recommend.

$220 at my local Ford Dealer and they are pricey. It is not that bad of a job but you must have a torque wrench that has inch lbs not foot lbs.
