need help

ok guys, been a while since i tore it apart & now going back together with it. the valve cover has the oil filler hole in the front(threaded), and the pcv hole in the rear. don't remember if the oil filer had a connection to the air breather. what about the middle one? Is this where the crankcase inlet goes? I'm not rebuilding stock. searching for a crankcase breather for the middle but can't find one with a small size to fit. seems like all the aftermarket are for a 1 1/4" hole. any suggestions?

The middle hole is supposed to connect to the cold air inlet pipe...the big pipe that goes between the air filter and the throttle body. Don't ask me what it is for, because I don't know. I'm assuming you've got fuel injection.

Check with the speed shops in your area...they may have a grommet/adapter kit for the valve cover holes specifically for Ford applications.
