Logical answers only
Im new at this whole ford thing so take it easy on me.i could not resist this deal of buying my first classic truck.I would like to keep everything simple and put another ford frontend to have powersteering and power brakes.if i cant do this please let me know the easiest way to convert this.

I have never converted a straight axle front end.If it were a '65 or newer, almost everything up to a '79 bolts right in. The power brake boosters may bolt up to your firewall, but i am not real sure.
