U joints live better with some angle between the driveshaft and pinion shaft.
What I can't figure out is with a lift, and a crew cab there should be a lot more angle than what I see in the picture.
That is flatter than mine is at stock height.
That picture is taken from the side, it just looks to straight.

You will learn a lot about vehicle wiring, I can tell you have lots of homework.

Yeah that driveline angle definately doesn't look right almost like the pinion is turned up too much. Does it have any angle shims already on it? I don"t get how thats lined up like that with that lift.

Joe take another picture from a little farther back.
That one is really to close to get a feel for the pinion to driveshaft angle.
Also is your driveshaft a two piece unit?
What does the angle look like there?
Same for the transfer case output shaft to drive shaft.
From what I am seeing, I don't think you have as much lift installed as you think.
A few pictures of the rear axle front spring hanger, rear spring hanger and the axle spring block will answer that question.
If you do have much lift, someone has dropped the carrier bearing down already, possibly to far to make up for the driveshaft length being to short.
Do those locations again for the front axle.
How does the front driveshaft look where it attaches to the transfer case and axle pinion?
Now two more electrical questions.
Is the fuse panel mounted to anything or is it just hanging there?
And did your alternator start charging after you grounded the voltage regulator?
