Hey guys. I want to lift my truck a little. Maybe 2 or 3 inches. Not much just want her to look a little better. Whats the cheapest way to lift my truck. I'm startin to get a little more income and want to do more but am also saving for college. Any ideas are appreciated
you can get 2 inches out of the back with the shackle flip.
but you'll have to find lift springs for the front, which woudln't be bad idea.
Considering the 250 springs are usually sagging at this point.
Where can you get the 350 blocks? I think i've seen add a leafs for the front advertised. Im in the same boat as Jethro but already in college trying to lift on a budget. Would that be cheaper than the $500 2.5 Tuff Country lift?
Anywhere to find the blocks besides a junkyard? Its not supposed to get above 15* here soon and its pretty crappy outside to be underneath an old truck in a junkyard.
i never liked them for the fact that my friend has one on his truck and the body sways a little and pops when turning. you also dont change the frame clearance so IMO its pointless unless you wanna just clear some tires. its all in personal preference i just never did like them
i had no problems with the 3 inch body lift on my old truck. loved it. you obviously are not looking for offroad performance on your 2wd truck so the body lift fits your needs.
john, there is a member on here selling a 4 inch lift kit that was removed from their truck. i do believe that would be in your best interest to find

I'm just going for looks, really wish it was a 4x4, but I couldn't pass up the deal I got on this truck. Wanted to convert it to a 4x4 but heard that was way more than I want to get into.
yea Joe, 4 inch is about what i need. sorry i couldnt get back on here earlier. i didnt get home till like 3 this mornin lol. i'm still young = ). but i would like to see how much they want for it.
