2008 intercooler
HI everybody, quick question, has anybody or will it work put an 2008 6.4 intercooler on a 7.3? and just bought an drop pitman arm for my 5" lift but it hits the big bolt head on the trac bar and the trac bar itself.. Im I to grind some off the bolt to work and the trac bar mount...

You can use the 2008 intercooler if you swap header panel, frame horns, bumper and mounts, headlights, hood and grill, fenders, radiator and condenser. Now you're just short of some misc nuts, bolts and small parts. When you get done retrofitting the '08 intercooler you will have retrofitted an '08 front end. Good job!
As for the drop pitman arm. Sounds like the one you got is too long.

Thanks for the heads up, sounds like alot to change out for an 08 intercooler
as for the drop pitman arm just doesnt have the right bend I guess.
I'll plan on shipping it back with a note..
