Front suspenstion torque specs
According to my 03 shop manual, the U-bolts are 99 ft/lbs, and the track bar bolts are a whopping 406 ft/lbs. There are no specs for the track bar bracket, but there is a general chart showing torque specs for different size bolts.
3/8 bolts 37 ft/lbs
7/16 bolts 61 ft/lbs
1/2 bolts 90 ft/lbs
9/16 bolts 130 ft/lbs
5/8 bolts 178 ft/lbs
3/4 bolts 259 ft/lbs
7/8 bolts 420 ft/lbs
1 inch bolts 634 ft/lbs
These figures are for the actual bolt size---NOT the head size.

Make sure that you tighten everything with jack stands under the front axle supporting the weight of the truck, or with the truck on the ground. If you tighten everything with the suspension hanging, you might wind up with a leaning truck.
