Injector Question

I have an early 99 and I was wondering if I can change the injectors out for 01 injectors without any problems. I have no motor mods or chip. Thank you

yes you can.. but you may need to up grade the HPOP to a 17*..why them injectors??

Is it hard to change the HPOP to a 17 and how much would it cost. I am replacing them with those because I am getting a really good deal and 2 of mine are bad. They are actually late 99s.

you can find used pumps on line for 150 to 300 bucks..new is around 600..your 15 will run them but you may not gain any top end power....the swap is pretty simple..

you may want to think about a IDM mod too...i have a resistor for the early 99 IDM if you want one..

with a chip or PCM flash you could run these and get a lot better power gain..but a cold air intake (6637 air filter) and cut out the muffler on a stock system or get 4" exhaust to keep egt's down..you may want to do them mods with the 01 injectors as well...
