03 6.0 Stalling Problems
Hi Guys it's been awhile since I've been on the forum. I'm not on line much anymore. My uncle needs some help with his 2003, 6.0 diesel. The truck runs good starts fine no problems except when you stop then give it fuel to take off it dies. it doesn't do it all the time just ever now and then. He changed the fuel filters and changed the fuel in the tank but it still does it. he took it to a reputable mechanic. The mechanic cleared the codes then drove it till it did it’s stalling thing. The stall caused no new codes to show up. The mechanic can’t find anything wrong and is stumped. He had the truck for three days and still wants to run more test. The guys good at what he does and knows his stuff. But this truck is giving him a hard time. The truck is a 03 F350 Super Duty with 19.000 miles. It’s not driven that much but is started frequently. Any ideas what might be the problem?
