Yea gotta love shopping for parts that you want, not need, when your broke and jobless, lol
yea its a pain in the butt, i agree with you though, when money becomes available we will have to go see Randy. Might have to find a trailer though.........lol
i'll check the 79 i got for parts and see if it has a cover, thats on pass. side visor?
That's correct, passenger side. My understanding is that Ford only put the lighted mirror on the passenger side in the trucks. I don't know if they are the same size as the ones they used in the cars or not. At this point, I'd just like to find one, I can always repaint it to match my interior.

The guy that did my truck removed the built-in drip rails from the cab... he didn't like them since they usually start to rust early on. He did another cool looking thing, he filled in the openings along the top of the bed sides. Looks real nice, but there is no place to tie stuff down. But, he wasn't planning on hauling anything.
The reason the hood ended up with no lettering was because he had a 77 hood that was in near perfect condition, so he used that instead of fixing the original.
I also need to get the RANGER name plate for the glove box door.

Well then, that would be kind of goofy trying to install trim there!!LOL! I see what your talking about, he filled the stake holes. There should be holes down below inside the bed, I think, where you could tie stuff off.
Yeah Pat, now that you mention it, I think there are tie downs in the bottom of the bed...
I thought I saw that RANGER emblem in LMC, the trick with them is to order a bunch of stuff all at once, the shipping is the same for a big order as it is for onesie-twosie stuff.

well have to start a thread or something when we know that we want to put an order in and just do one big order for all of us. Then when we have our G2G it'll be like Christmas all over again
