Morning guys... The "man" is letting us out early at 3:00 today. I sure don't feel like being here.
Still supposed to close the house deal today. Got word at 6:00pm last night that the appraisal was finally done. The mortgage broker said we'd close today, I'll believe it when I see it. They still haven't given me the final numbers on what I have to bring to closing, what a mess. I feel like this whole house buying experience was being coordinated by the Three Stooges - Larry the realtor, Moe the mortgage broker, Curly the attorney....
