LOL. I have had the turbo out enough times that I can do it now in 20 minutes or less.I have to laugh because this is the only vehicle I have ever had this much patience with in my life.I even bought a second 03 6.0l for the wife. Good on ya fixing your own rig,any man can bust em, it takes a real man to fix it my old man use to say. Have fun.

I'm still struggling to find the part number for the "kit" to repair the HPO leaks.

I'm also still looking for the adapter that allows you to connected an air compressor to the ICP port.

If anyone can share leads on either of these items, I'd greatly appreciate it.

A quick coupler plug will screw in ,take the ICP to a parts store and match the size. When you go to ford look at the diagram of the HPOP ,on top of the pump there is a oil supply tube into the IPR ,that D ring is the part # you need.

Well, I got good news, and I got bad news.

Good news is my EGR cooler is fully deleted...

The bad news is we didn't find out HPO leak. We thought we were on the right trail with the IPR (How to Test IPR Thread), but it turns out we weren't. So we have to go back in there and this time we'd like to plan on replacing all of the possible leaks. The o-rings on the injectors, d-rings, HPOP fitting gaskets, etc...

I would appreciate any part numbers for whatever gaskets, o-rings, or whatever else we'll need. Or an explanation of all of the parts that we should plan on replacing so that we don't have to tear into this again for another leak 2 months down the road. Currently there's a shiny new IPR and ICP under the hood, but all the other HPO stuff is original, and should probably be replaced anyway.

TIA

Cut the back cross member (05 and up its gone) out of the intake manifold,it makes access to the HPOP much easier in the future.

Replaced #6 injector today. Running like a top again.

Learned a lot, including balloon test is easier than testing the HPO system for leaks so start there next time.

Thanks for your help, Brickie (And everyone else too).
