These are great options. I need to make a trip to harbor freight for some new toys it seems. Their black friday ad is out already too! Air horn @ $9.99? 6-pack of knit gloves for $1.99? 700w power inverter for $49.99?

Add a bag of sand or kitty litter to you kit. It will add traction to your (or their) tires when are trying to start moving from a stop on ice.

You may wish to add a candle, or two, in a used metal coffee can for light and heat. I carry my heavy insulated coveralls in the vehicle - just in case.
