must be the gear box, nothing else is touching, still about 2" from the spring pack, and the tire is not rubbing on anything else,

This may be a stupid question, but did you turn the wheel both ways? Is it the same on both sides?

yes I did turn it lock to lock both ways, ??? even jacked up the front axle...

Look at Geoff240ti pics. The second one shows a tip stickout out about 2". This is the bump stop.

I haven't cut mine yet.. still a bit nervous about it.

that is exactly what i cut, I cut off about an inch off each side... now it dosent even come clost to touching..

You can post pics, you just didn't do it quite right.
To post a pic, it needs to be in the following code:
(img)URL for pic (what you posted above(/img)

The only difference is, you need to replace the () with []. Does that make sense?

I did some testing on another forum, without going to the web address for the picture, and the picture didn't show. I think that website where you have the pictures hosted, doesn't allow direct hot linking to pictures.

Using the web address, if you go directly to the site and view the pictures, it will then be cached on your hard drive and it will show here in the forum, but without going to the address first, you won't be able to see the pic unless you host it at a different site.

Just put it in your Gallery here on FTE.
