Torque converter.

Does any one have any experiance of the company "Dirty Dog Performance" and their products. Their updateded stock truck converter for the E4OD goes for about 205.00 us dollar, this seems to be very low and could it really be something?
I am thinking about to change the torque converter in my truck, 96-150 Supercab 5.8 E4OD 4x4, for a lower stall speed converter.

Happy for an answer,
Anders.

why would you want a low stall? a higher stall means you can run a bigger cam with out having drivablilty issues and you are in the powerband right when you start out, i'm not sure about a e4od but a aod locks out the torque converter in 3rd and 4th gear so you can run as wild a converter as you want with out burning up your tranny on the highway. i'm running a 3500 flash stall on mine

Thanks for answering.
Sometimes I push the pedal hard for fun and then I see the plus by having a higher stall speed, but mostly my driving habit is in the lower rpm and then the feeling of the converter gets spongy and inefficient-thats what I don't like.
