Automatic headlight sensor
Hi
I have a 2000 F150 extcab 4x4. Does anyone know if it is possible to adjust the light level sensor such that the switch will activate the headlights in low light conditions (such as rain)?

Can't believe you havent gotten a response yet!!I don't know what the sensor looks like but if it is a regular photosensitive cell you could darken a small portion of the cell with a marker of some sort. this will cut down on the amount of light entering the cell and cause the lights to activate earlier. Use something that you can remove till you find out how little you really need to cover up. Mark up too much and the lights will come on too early, and if it is a permanet mark you will be stuck with that setting.
