Hello. I'm new here obviously, I might be getting a 2001 ford f250 v10. I just wanna things like what a tune up would consist of and what cold air intake is good. Also does anyone know where I can get true dual exhaust.

You cannot buy a true dual exhaust for the V10 specifically. You can have someone make one though. Make sure you use a cross over.
Cold air kits are not worth the money IMHO unless you go with Volant. Even then you should know that the stock intake pulls ambient temp air.
How many miles on that 01 you looking at?
