Im hoping someone might be able to help me out with a problem i got its on a 2004 explorer and the interior lights and mirror lights wont shut off automatically like they should you have to turn it off at the dimmer switch or the battery goes dead. the door switch has been replaced and have had the ford dealership look at it and of course they dont know know any ideas any suggestions. thanks in advance.
Sure sounds like a door or hatchback switch problem. Every time I have this happen I also get a "Door Ajar" light and always find one of 'em not latched.
