1996 Explorer EB (5.0L) Radiator Replace Steps

Appreciate any help on two issues in trying to replace my radiator on my 1996 Explorer Eddie Bauer (5.0L) with automatic transmission and AC.

1. I don't know how to get the AC condensor disconnected from the radiator without taking the complete assembly out of the car - I have searched the forum and there is mention of some clips at the bottom but I have two rubber sleeves on both sides about 1/2 way up the radiator that seem to hold the condensor together and I don't know how to take them off. I can't take the condensor out of the car because that will require disconnecting the AC lines and I don't have the equipment at home to do that. I am doing this at home and I don't have a lift or very sophisticated equipment or tools. Anybody know if this is possible to do at home and or have any pictures that could help.

2. What sort of tool can be used to loosen/tighten the lower transmission line connector. I was able to unscrew it with a 16mm wrench but the wrench is not long enough and I am having difficulty with it trying to thread it back on and tighten it - any suggestion or tricks here would be very helpful - I went down to Advanced Auto and NAPA and looked to see if they have a longer wrench but the longest one they have is about 12" and that's the same one I have at home..

Thanks for your help
