They don't work, with or without flash, and considering in bright daylight the sun can easily over power a flash.

Best thing to do is drive the speed limit and follow traffic laws.

My lil bro is chp - if he does a stop and sees any coating or cover or obstruction on the plate, any chance of a warning evaporates. The thought is - people aint doing that to be NICE.

They just finally caught this guy in WA who modified his plate- He made a line on a number, making a 3 look like an 8, and then flipped off the cameras every time he ran a red light. Great plan till he got caught, now he's facing several thousand in fines, and several years in prison.
