2000 Ranger wiring issues

A couple years ago I had some problems with my Ranger. Basically, the rear window was leaking and whenever it rained, the padding underneath the floor mat would get soaked. Since the floor itself was dry, I didn't even realize, but over time some serious corrosion developed in the connector underneath the driver's seat. Its connector 309 and to fix the problem, I cut the male and female sides off and soldered the wires directly together. Everythings been fine, but now I'm getting EVAP codes off the computer and it seems to be because of this wiring. So does anyone have a fairly detailed wiring diagram so I can trace which wires go where and redo the connections?

I actually have that diagram, but it doesn't tell me which wire goes where. Unless I'm missing something, which is very possible.
