Can butter mold?

On our dryfish we get mold growing on them do to wet weather. We just wipe it off and eat. We have cheese in our fridge right no that has mold on it. Just cut off the mold and eat. Good sausage come with mold on it. Butter will go rancid in heat. Nothing wrong with eating a little mold.

when cheese like you get in grocery deli case has mold on outside mold has worked its way out.
EWWWWWWW you guys just wipe stuff off and eat it. BARFIE!

I guess we need to find out if butter can grow purple splotches of mold
