harmonic balancer shake?

harmonic balancer shake?
When looking at my belts the other day i started the engine and looked at the harm balancer it realy looked as there was a shake in it. all the nuts and bolts of the pully were tight. may be its on the way out. I would think it would do some real damage running it out of balance like that ? wonder what a new one will run $. ? Any thoughts it is a 7.3 1987 f350 4x4 And on another note I changed that lower radiator hose the funny bent one what a pain in the but working with that thing #@%@#$*

I checked it first and it didnt seem loose who says its not cross threaded and not quite tight maybe this weekend i will remove it . or better yet checkn it with straight edge for run out first , may be its a illusion?
