i dont have a plasma cutter, but can gain access to one, otherwise it'll be the old reciprocal saw. on the pipes, i will have to rig up my buddies welder to weld aluminum right?

The pipes should be SS. There might be some aluminum pipes out there, but I think the majority of them are SS.
A sawzawll will work too.. just don't get wild and hit the radiator. You can determine where you want to place the cooler... i.e. up/down. Not sure what the location of a tranny cooler is.. but you might want to put your IC towards the top if that is a clearance issue.
The condenser will have to be moved back a little and the hood latch pushed out some too.

Ya if you get aluminum pipes. Most are steal but some are aluminum. The hardest part on the thing I though was the pipes. Heres a pic of mine I used both 6.0l pipes and the driver 7.3l.

Edit: x2 on everything Farm said too. I used a sawzawll to cut min out. you also have to get rid of the brace that goes up and down just in front of the condessor.
