Window Regulators
Was wondering what experience anyone has with the window regulators on Explorers...
My '02's passenger side front window stopped working yesterday. I took the door apart, and have removed the motor. The motor works fine, but the cables running from the plastic spool are all kinked up, and won't thread for nothing. The plastic gears themselves look to be in pretty good shape...
It seems that you can either buy the motor, or the entire window regulator. Does anyone know where one might be able to buy only the cables? I don't need a new motor or window guides, and would hate to have to shell out for the whole thing when it looks like I only need 10 bucks worth of wire...
