Truck will not start help!!

Ok so heres the deal I have a 1997 powerstroke with an auto trans, I was checking every site to get tips to fix my fuel leak and i took my truck apart and pull the canister out, and bought the $80 valve assembly and replaced it, put it all back together and it would not start, I ran the the codes and about 16 different codes popped up, replaced maxifuses and got rid of all but two p1283 which is injector pressure control regulator and one about my power control module, I replaced so far, all fuses, new batteries, positioning sensor, starter (twice) my fault, and have heard of a pig tail wire to replace can anyone help im about to tow it off a cliff!

Welcome to FTE ...

Are the Batteries charged up ?

Getting any smoke while cranking ?..

Did you bleed the air from the FPR ?..

Make sure all the wiring in the area of the fuel bowl are plugged in
There is one down low in front of the bowl the goes to the IPR ...

What is PCM the code number ...?

1283 is

DTC P1283 indicates an IPR circuit failure was detected by the PCM.
You most likely left something unplugged

I filled the fuel canister alost full with fuel put new lines in and a new fuel filter and i went back a checked all the lines to make sure they are plugged in, The truck ran fine before i tore it apart and let it sit about two weeks before i got the new drain valva assem. I think letting it sit killed the old batteries and i tried to charge it on slow overnight and used 200 amp high and start thats when i knew it wasnt going to start it just kept cranking and no smoke that was a month ago i have been replaceing every part and sensor on it since and trying it, I have to check wat the code is for the pcm when i get home its a continuous code.
