Invite a friend to help lift that heavy 203. R&R the case, modify the x-member to accept the new mounting points.
Change shifter(s). (could perform the twin stick mod at this step)
Replace driveshafts.
Install locking front hubs, if not already equiped.
Calibrate speedo
After adding fluid, drive to nearest off-road facility and drive the wheels of the thing!
