Hello. A few months ago i finally found the perfect project. A 1962 F100 unibody long bed. Its the only long bed truck (61-63) i actually like. Im sure I'll have many questions in the upcoming year. I'm very excited to become part of this community.

Hi all.. My 2012 F-150 was recently flooded, including my home. Will be purchasing a 2016 F-250 Platnum 6.2l next week when insurance settles my claim. Currently living in 31 foot travel trailer until our home flood insurance claim is settled.

(I hope that you are treated BETTER than I have been recently by the drunk driver's company insurance adjuster, who totaled my restored 1986 diesel F250 & my unrestored/original Mercedes 300CD. = They've offered me LESS than HALF of what it would take to "make me whole". = 3300.oo for my PU that I have almost 7000.oo invested in.)

As the name implies I am a Submariner and I am a truck and car enthusiast. I am now the proud owner of a 2016 F350 Platinum. I love the truck. I have owned/driven all three brands and I think this one is my favorite.

What's up people. I've always looked at the forum for info, registered in May but never introduced or interacted. I'm in the DC area 2007 Expedition El and 2000 Excursion limited V10. Have owned an expedition since 97. Just picked up the Exc and was reading up on it when I realized I've never posted. Also realized some stuff I wish I'd read beforehand. In any case I owe many thanks to this forum for the information I've used and money I've saved over months/years of lurking lol. I'll be around. Long walks on the beach motorcycles (I'm between busas right now) cigars whiskey and beer are my other interests which seem pretty common for truck guys. Thanks for reading✌✌✌

Hi all, just bought a 62 f100 custom cab unibody on 3/4 ton axles. 292 with a carter AFB, headers, glass packs, 4 speed. It's been sitting for at least 10 years. Paint code is FM. My first Ford truck...wish me luck
