Lumbar Support not Working?

Hey Guys! I have a '95 Eddie Bauer with the 302. I have a couple of questions about it though. One, my lumbar support does not work at all in either seat. All the wires are connected, and the fuse is good ( I believe it runs on the same fuse as the rear window ). Does anyone have any ideas on where I could start looking to find the problem?
My next question is kind of stupid, but why does my outside temperature always read OC? I'm brand new too Bronco's, but have always wanted one, so thanks for any help!

As for the lumber, check to make sure that the lumbar pump/motor is getting power. Unplug the connector for it and use a multimeter or test light. Then energize the switch. Maybe someone else knows for sure what circuit its on. I don't think there is a relay for it, but I could be wrong. If I have time I will look in the Chiltons and Haynes manuals that I have and see if it says.

I have no idea about the temperature issue. Are you talking about the display on the overhead console?
