been messing with my ICP and it is located by the heater ( for the intake air) on the front pass. side of motor, very easy to get to so the .7 labor seems about right.... mine is an 04 6.0 F350..... I have heard that the earlier powerstrokes were hard to access the ICP fwiw

The ICP's on the early 03's are behind the turbo, much harder to access. The location was changed on the late 03's and up to the pass. side front valve cover area, much easier to access. I changed mine in about 10 minutes.

The 0.7 time given for replacement is for the 03 motor.
